Fee
nimiq.games keeps 2% of each sale of your game and its add-ons. After your game's first $10k in lifetime sales, the fee is 1%.
Payouts
- Your share goes straight to the NIM or Polygon address you give us, in the same payment as the store fee. nimiq.games never holds it.
- You are responsible for the address being yours and correct. Payments to a wrong address cannot be recovered.
- You handle your own taxes on what you earn.

- We check the claim on chain and send it to you. You refund within [7] days, in the coin the buyer paid, the same coin amount.
- If you do not refund, we may delist your game and pause new sales until you do.
Your game
- You own or license everything in the game, and you can sell it here.
- Every paid game has a free demo or a preview.
- You give nimiq.games a license to host, show and sell the game, and to use its title and art to promote it.
- You keep your rights to the game. You can remove it with [30] days' notice; buyers keep access to what they paid for.
Removal
We may remove a game that breaks this agreement, the terms, the law, or someone else's rights.
