Buying a game

• Prices are set in US dollars and shown and charged in NIM at the rate shown at checkout, which holds for 30 minutes. Bitcoin and USDC are charged at their own rates.
• A purchase gives you a personal license to play the game. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its content.
• Your license is tied to the wallet address that paid and to the recovery link shown after payment. Keep that link.
• Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us. Send the exact amount to the address shown. Payments sent to a wrong address or in a wrong currency cannot be recovered.

Free demos

Some games offer a free demo. A demo may change or end when the full game ships.

Developers

• Developers who list a game confirm they own or license everything in it.
• The store fee is 2% of each sale, and 1% after a game's first $10k in sales. Payout and refund terms for developers are set in a separate developer agreement.
• We may remove a game that breaks these terms, the law, or a third party's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat leaderboards, attack the site, resell licenses, or copy game files out of the store.

No warranty
